Market Analysis/Research – staying up to date with changes within the property market that may have an effect to hiring trends/strategies.

Advertising – Utilising our resources to ensure that creative and relevant content is marketed to assist with our own internal growth as well as our clients hiring needs.
Have you got a ‘creative flair’? Marketing is important for both our journey but also representing our clients journey and vision effectively. We encourage and utilise new marketing techniques, visual adverts, blogs etc. to further our presence in the market.
Sourcing – attracting jobseekers via use of LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, Testimonials, Referrals and various other in-house platforms.
Are you proactive? We are not your typical agency and we don’t rely on job boards. We use innovative methods of sourcing otherwise inaccessible talent to beat the rest! We utilise our network, we love referrals, we create opportunities and bring together ideas.
Candidate Management – managing the expectations of a candidate seeking work, ensuring you fully understand their requirements, coordinate and arrange any interviews ensuring all parties involved remain informed.
Are you a relationship builder? We care about understanding the right things and will work with each candidate to provide an insight into the market and its offerings. We must seek transparency to do this effectively.
Business Development – developing and maintaining new relationships to GKR London who require our services to source new talent.
Are you persistent? We are very proud to work with most of the market and all of the industries leading professionals but the sector is ever-growing and so are we! We need achievers and ‘go-getters’ to drive our business development plan working with our Business Development Director to achieve Top Performing Accounts.
Account Management – Managing and maintaining pre-existing relationships to GKR London to ensure our service-levels are maintained and that we remain up to date with any changes within the business, including but not limited to, hiring strategy.
How do you perceive ‘service?’ We are always looking to go that ‘extra-mile’ for our clients and candidates alike. We spend time with our candidates, meeting them to effectively assess their capabilities and preferences. We also spend time with our clients, meeting them to understand company culture and team fit.
