James Caan has invested in a portfolio of start-up recruitment companies across a diverse range of sectors, from Financial Services to Property, Healthcare to Education. We are looking for passionate, ‘next generation’ recruiters to work within the start-up businesses.
As graduate talent, you will learn how to be a great recruiter from some of the industry’s most entrepreneurial leaders but will be exposed to working in a start-up business, learning on the job about what makes a successful start-up business.
As part of the package, you will receive monthly training by James Caan’s world-class Recruitment Guide trainers, all of whom have years of industry experience, along with access to the online training portal to supplement your learning. Alongside a tailored development plan, you’ll also benefit from direct access to the CEO and Founder of your business enabling you to have an accelerated induction into the industry and be part of a collegiate portfolio of talented recruitment consultants.
Applicants must ideally have a University degree, or relevant work experience in a sales role such as recruitment, marketing or finance. The top 12 graduates can expect a competitive base salary, inclusion in the company’s commission scheme plus all of the perks of start-up life, from company holidays to lunch clubs.
